Kotizacija i prijava sudionika

Svi sudionici skupa plaćaju kotizaciju i dio troškova stručne ekskurzije. Kotizacija uključuje sudjelovanje na skupu, zbornik radova i ostale materijale. Uplata za stručnu ekskurziju u Dansku podmiruje samo dio troškova pri čemu je ostatak sponzoriran. Troškovi ekskurzije uključuju avionski prijevoz, transfere, noćenje s doručkom u hotelu (dvokrevetne sobe – jednokrevetne sobe uz posebnu nadoplatu) i stručno vođenje.

Prijave za ekskurziju do 1. listopada 2005., a u slučaju velikog interesa, prioritet odlaska na stručnu ekskurziju odredit će se prema redoslijedu uplata participacije.

Kotizacija za sudionike koji nisu članovi KoREMA iznosi 975 Kn (PDV uključen), a učešće za stručnu ekskurziju 3.000 Kn (ne obračunava se PDV). Za članove KoREMA kotizacija iznosi 780 Kn (PDV uključen), a učešće za stručnu ekskurziju 2.700 Kn (ne obračunava se PDV). Kotizacija se uplaćuje na žiro račun KoREMA broj 2360000-1101528061. Molimo vas da pošaljete kopiju uplate kotizacije. Učešće za stručnu ekskurziju uplaćuje se na žiro račun Croatia Express d.o.o. Zagreb broj 2360000-1101211981.

Rezervacije smještaja u Zagrebu sudionici skupa osiguravaju osobno preko Croatia Express d.o.o. Zagreb na tel. 01/4811 842, fax 01/4811 920, gđa Božena Vedriš.

Registration fee

All participants pay a registration fee and a part in cost of field trip. The registration fee covers a participation at the conference, proceedings and other materials. The payment for field trip in Denmark covers only a part of real costs, and the rest is sponsored. Field trips costs include plane ticket, transportation by bus, bed and breakfast (double rooms – single rooms are available by additional payment) and experts guiding.

For KoREMA non-members the fee is 135 EUR and the participation for field trip is 410 EUR. For KoREMA members the fee is 110 EUR and the participation for field trip is 370 EUR. The fee is payable to KoREMA account via SWIFT, SWIFT address ZABA HR 2X, the account number 2500-3281400 at Zagrebačka banka, Savska 60, Zagreb, stating "for Automation in Transportation 2005" and your name. Please send the copy of your payment with the registration form.

Registration for field trip until October 1, 2005, and in case of big interest, priority list of participants in field trip will be made according payment order.

The participation for field trip is payable to Croatia Express account via SWIFT, SWIFT address ZABA HR 2X, the account number 2500-978-1350161 at Zagrebačka banka, Savska 60, Zagreb, stating "for Automation in Transportation 2005" and your name.
